What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Howes-Safe fully respects the confidentiality of your personal information and your overall privacy rights.
It is sometimes necessary, however, to gather, store and use some of the information that you submit to ensure the effective administration of the services we are asked to provide.
Data submitted using the ‘Contact Us’ form is only requested for purposes of replying to your initial enquiry and is not stored electronically or otherwise. Should you agree to using the services of Howes-Safe, additional approval for the storing of your data will be made.
It is normal to retain some personal information for delegates attending any training course; the level of information will vary depending on the type of course and who the sponsor/payee is.
Normally this information will only be held for the duration of the course or until final assessment submissions have been approved. If it expected that training courses will require some form of refresher then Howes-Safe will seek approval from the individual to retain minimal contact information for purposes of a reminder when such training is due.
Who we share your data with
None of your data is shared with any other individual or organisation other than IOSH if you attend an IOSH approved course.
Howes-Safe will not enter into any agreement, contractual or otherwise, that involves sharing or disclosing personal information of any sort other than with IOSH if you attend an IOSH approved course.
